35 year old woman with deflated and sagging breasts. She wanted a lifted breast appearance with more upper pole volume. She did not want a breast implant. She was treated with a vertical mastopexy with auto-augmentation, which uses her own breast tissue to increase the fullness of the upper pole of her breasts. Photos taken 4 weeks post op.
